Support Through Every Season
At Autumn & Oak, we recognize that no two people experience life in exactly the same way. Even when
two people are facing similar challenges, their stories, relationships, strengths, and experiences are
uniquely their own.
Rather than beginning with assumptions, we begin with curiosity. We take the time to understand who
you are, what has shaped your life, and what has brought you to this moment. Together, we’ll explore
what is keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Our goal is not simply to help you feel better. It is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your
relationships, and create a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
Anxiety
Overthinking · Panic · Stress · Burnout · Nervous system regulation
If anxiety is affecting your relationships, work, sleep, health, or daily life, you're not alone. Anxiety can look different for everyone. It may show up as racing thoughts, physical tension, difficulty concentrating, irritability, trouble sleeping, or a constant feeling of being on edge.
In therapy, we'll begin by understanding what's happening in your body and nervous system. Anxiety is a natural response designed to protect you, even when it no longer feels helpful. Understanding why it's happening can reduce fear and help you respond with greater confidence.
Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your anxiety, identify the patterns keeping it going, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and in control.
You don't have to keep living in survival mode.

Relationships
Dating · Marriage · Communication · Boundaries · Conflict · Divorce and relationship transitions
Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of connection and support, but they can also be one of the biggest sources of stress. Whether you're struggling with communication, conflict, trust, life transitions, or recurring patterns, relationship challenges can leave you feeling frustrated, disconnected, or alone.
Together, we'll explore the patterns shaping your relationships, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others, and build practical skills to strengthen communication, create healthier boundaries, and foster more meaningful, fulfilling connections.
Healthy relationships begin with understanding yourself.

Motherhood & Parenting
Pregnancy and postpartum adjustment · Identity shifts · Working motherhood · Parenting stress ·
Mom guilt · Raising teens · Balancing everyone’s needs while losing yourself
Motherhood can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be overwhelming. Whether you're adjusting to life with a new baby, balancing the demands of parenting, or feeling like you've lost parts of yourself along the way, it's common to feel stretched in ways you never expected.
Together, we'll create space for your experiences, explore the challenges you're facing, and develop practical strategies to help you navigate motherhood with greater confidence, self-compassion, and balance.
You deserve support, too.

Perimenopause & Menopause
Mood changes · Anxiety · Brain fog · Sleep · Hormonal changes · Relationship changes · Feeling
unlike yourself
Perimenopause and menopause are natural life transitions, but they can bring unexpected changes that affect your mood, sleep, anxiety, focus, relationships, and overall sense of self.
Many women wonder, "Why don't I feel like myself anymore?" Hormonal changes can have a real impact on your brain, nervous system, and emotions. Understanding what's happening can reduce self-criticism and help you make sense of these changes.
Together, we'll explore how this season of life is affecting you, strengthen coping strategies, and help you move forward with greater confidence, self-compassion, and balance.
You are not losing yourself. You're moving through a season that deserves understanding.

Chronic Illness
Identity · Grief · Medical trauma · Uncertainty · Advocacy · Balancing health and life
Living with a chronic illness affects more than your physical health. It can impact your relationships, sense of identity, emotional well-being, and daily life in ways that others may not fully understand.
You may be grieving the life you expected, adjusting to a new reality, managing ongoing symptoms, or feeling overwhelmed by the uncertainty that comes with chronic health challenges. Those experiences are real, and you don't have to navigate them alone.
Together, we'll explore how your illness has shaped your life, build practical coping strategies, strengthen self-compassion, and help you create a life that reflects your values, even in the face of uncertainty.
Your diagnosis does not define your life.

Life Transitions
Career changes · College · Empty nest · Moving · Divorce · Loss · Identity
Life is full of transitions, some planned and some unexpected. Whether you're navigating a career change, marriage, divorce, becoming a parent, an empty nest, relocation, or another major life shift, change can bring both opportunity and uncertainty.
Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate change with greater confidence, resilience, and clarity.
Even in seasons of uncertainty, growth is possible.

To provide the highest quality care, I have chosen to operate as an out-of-network provider. This allows therapy to be guided by your individual needs rather than the requirements and limitations of an insurance company. Using insurance often requires a mental health diagnosis, documentation that therapy is medically necessary, and the sharing of personal health information with a third party.
Session Fees
Initial Intake Appointment - 75 Min - $200
By remaining out of network, we have greater flexibility to focus on your goals, maintain your privacy, and determine the length and frequency of therapy based on what is best for you. If you have out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
